* Things you need to know:
•	1800 PHONEHOME does not use the terms Home Area, Community and Long Distance Calls. These terms have been included in tables Nos. 2, 3 and 4 above for information and relevancy.
•	1800 PHONEHOME limits reverse charge calls to fixed lines to 5 minutes of talk time. The system disconnects automatically after an alert is given at approximately the 4 minute point.
•	Comparable savings continue for calls longer than 5 minutes in Table 5 above.
•	Amounts shown include all rates, connection fees and GST.
•	The above information applies to calls made within Australia.
•	Rates current as at 1 October, 2008 but subject to change.

The person making the call is Party A. Party A makes the call to 1800 PHONEHOME at no charge. Party B (the person Party A calls) pays the rates set out below.

Calls to Fixed Lines (from fixed line or mobile phone):

1800 PHONEHOME allows you to talk for FIVE minutes for $5.17*
The system disconnects automatically after 5 minutes. An alert is given at approximately the 4 minute point.
1800 PHONEHOME has NO connection fee.
1800 PHONEHOME bills the fixed line that accepts the call (Party B). The charge will appear on Party B's fixed line account.
These competitive rates apply at all times...peak, off peak and weekends.
Long, medium or short distance calls are charged at the same competitive rates.
All the above charges include GST.

* The $5.17 tariff consists of a single drop charge of $5.00 (which allows you 5 minutes talk time) plus a maximum carrier flagfall of 16.5 cents. If you do not accept the call after calling 1900 900 900 only the maximum carrier flagfall of 16.5 cents will be charged. Check the White Pages for more information about 190 Premium Services.

Calls to Mobile Phones (from fixed line or mobile phone):

1800 PHONEHOME bills at $2.25 per minute.
1800 PHONEHOME has a connection fee of $2.25.
1800 PHONEHOME bills the person who accepts the call (Party B) and Party B is notified via SMS.*
* Due to SMS traffic or insufficient credit, 1800 PHONEHOME may bill your mobile anytime after the call has been accepted.
1800 PHONEHOME bills Party B in one minute increments.
The amount is billed to Party B's mobile phone. In the case of a prepaid mobile phone, Party B is notified via SMS and the amount owed is debited against available credit. In the case of a post paid mobile phone, Party B is notified via SMS and the amount owed will appear on Party B's mobile phone account.
These competitive rates apply at all times...peak, off peak and weekends.
Long, medium or short distance calls are charged at the same competitive rates.
All the above charges include GST.

1800 PHONEHOME may vary the above rates from time to time. The call rates for international inbound reverse charge calls are the same as above. International inbound reverse charge calls may attract carrier charges and/or surcharges (from hotels, mobile phones and payphones) for the caller. See overseas.
