The person making the call is Party A. Party B (the person Party A calls) pays the rates set out below.

If a Party A mobile with credit, calls and reverse charges to a Party B mobile or Party B fixed line, the Party A mobile may attract mobile carrier charges. (Optus and Virgin Mobile mobiles excepted).

Calls to Mobile Phones (from fixed line or mobile phone):

• 1800 PHONEHOME bills at $2.50 per minute.
• 1800 PHONEHOME has a connection fee of $2.50.
• 1800 PHONEHOME bills the person who accepts the call (Party B) and Party B is notified via SMS.*
  * Due to SMS traffic or insufficient credit, 1800 PHONEHOME may bill your mobile anytime after the call has been accepted.
• 1800 PHONEHOME bills Party B in one minute increments.
• The amount is billed to Party B's mobile phone. In the case of a prepaid mobile phone, the amount owed is debited against available Party B credit. In the case of a post paid mobile phone, Party B is notified via SMS and the amount owed will appear on Party B's mobile phone account.
• These competitive rates apply at all times...peak, off peak and weekends.
• Long, medium or short distance calls are charged at the same competitive rates.
• All the above charges include GST.

Calls to Fixed Lines (from fixed line or mobile phone):
All reverse charge calls to fixed lines are managed and processed by the Optus Call Centre. The Optus/1800 PHONEHOME rates are:

• $3.71 connection fee and 25 cents per minute...billed by the second.
• The fixed line that accepts the call (Party B) is billed by Optus.
• These competitive rates apply at all times...peak, off peak and weekends.
• Long, medium or short distance calls are charged at the same competitive rates.
• All the above charges include GST.

1800 PHONEHOME may vary the above rates from time to time. The call rates for international inbound reverse charge calls are the same as above. International inbound reverse charge calls may attract carrier charges and/or surcharges (from hotels, mobile phones and payphones) for the caller. See overseas.
